CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you decide to cancel your reservation you must do so seven (7) days
before the arrival date, esclusively by fax or by e-mail correspondence.
In the case of a late cancellation or if the party does not arrive on the
agreed date of the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to charge the
first nights stay to the credit card used to reserve the room. In the case
of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the party for
the full length of stay as agreed when making the reservation.
RESERVATION VALIDATION:
To confirm a reservation we request a credit card (Mastercard or Visa)
guarantee which can be sent via fax or e-mail. Your credit card
information serves as a guarantee for the room reservation, therefore any
incorrect data or correspondence of incorrect data will result in the
cancellation of your reservation.
The credit card used for the guarantee of the reservation must expire
after the date of your stay. In the case of a lost or stolen credit card
we ask that you write to us and give us the information for the current or
replaced credit card to be used as a guarantee.
The reservation is considered valid from the moment that we send you our
definite confirmation.
The restuarant is closed for business on
Wednesday of each week.
The Trattoria Gianni Franzi is closed during the winter season from
January 10 through March 10.
