Room occupancy must take place before 04:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The room must be left before 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. For any delay, please call us at the bar, thank you: 0039 0187 812228 or 0039 393 9008155.

To Mrs customers are kindly requested to pay the bill upon check in, thanks.

The rooms are accessible via 100 steps from Vernazza's main piazza (Piazza G. Marconi). The rooms are reachable within a few minutes through the typical carugi.

Guests are kindly informed that there is no luggage transport service.

Free wi-fi only for hotel guests.

We inform our customers that absolutely no pets of any size are accepted inside the structure.

WEEKLY AND SEASONAL CLOSURE

The restaurant is closed for business on wednesday of each week.

Gianni Franzi (restaurant and hotel) is closed during the winter season from January 10 through March 10.

To receive information or to make a reservation during the period in which we are closed it is possible to do only via email: info@giannifranzi.it.

Messages will be checked weekly. It is not necessary to telephone.

Reservation / Cancellation City Tax

RESERVATION VALIDATION

To confirm a reservation we request a credit card (Mastercard or Visa) guarantee which can be sent via fax or e-mail. Your credit card information serves as a guarantee for the room reservation, therefore any incorrect data or correspondence of incorrect data will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

The credit card used for the guarantee of the reservation must expire after the date of your stay. In the case of a lost or stolen credit card we ask that you write to us and give us the information for the current or replaced credit card to be used as a guarantee.

The reservation is considered valid from the moment that we send you our definite confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you decide to cancel your reservation you can do so no later than seven (7) days before the arrival date, by notifying us esclusively by fax or email. In the case of notice given between six (6) and two (2) days prior to the arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client's credit card the aumont of one (1) night.

In case of non-arrival or cancellation within 24 hours from the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card for the full amount of the stay. In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card for all agreed nights.
